Do not ever use Rain wifi as it does not work!
I would like to raise a serious complaint.
A friend of mine's father (a pensioner) purchased a wifi package.
To date the signal is absolute useless and non existent. What should be a 10 Mbps is not even close to 1 Mbps when doing a speedtest.
Please contact me urgently.

Signal is non existent. The tower is too far for a strong signal.
No follow up whatsoever as promised by Lester who initially made contact.
Time for WASPA to get involved and relook at your license with ICASA.
