Do not even think to use Rain as your Internet Provider!

To stand outside when it is Raining is still more existing than to get your internet from Rain. DON'T DO IT!!! In the beginning, Rain was great. Good Price, Good to Fair connection, and a few times downtime. But to have peace of mind. No massive bill to the end of the month, well worth it. It started in Dec 2020. The Bandwith was down to 0.35Mpbs (in the evenings, Netflix time)! If you call the hotline, you have to move your modem.... bla bla bla. When I test the speed at 5-6 am in the morning I get 9Mpbs, so the position is not the problem. The problem is, that Rain packed too many people on a high site. I complain, and complain, and complain,.... The last response from the Rain Hotline. You have only 2 Highsites in your area, and they are quite full! You have to wait, until we build another High site! (The Best: In 02/2021 Rain has a "technical problem" to show the usage data!!!) Joke, Damage your own system, so the people don't see it ???

Rains quality of Bandwith made the biggest supporter of Rain to your worst enemy!!!
