Do not do a simswap at Rain

I did a sim swap, when ram arrived I forgot my documents, I requested for another delivery, waited for a week, still nothing contacted Ram I was advised to contact Rain I contact Rain log escalation via chat no feedback, I have chat with numerous agents on chat without any help the last agent block my chat, I was promised I will be contacted by a manager George Birdas yesterday call back between 13:00 pm up to 20:00 pm I did not receive a call back yesterday, today I try chat got blocked by Phumla she told me George was on the call, I told I will wait she ignore that and clock me, I called spoke to Arnold who advice me the manager was on the call. Whats the use of contacting Rain if you are going to get blocked on chats managers do not call customers back
