Do not buy their sim card!!!!!!

I bought sim card with +-R400,Last year December am based in Johannesburg.

When I try to connect with it on different routers and different phone it doesn't connect, I made an effort of asking rain to assist me but they never solved the problem,instead they made a debit order on January.

I wrote an email asking them to cancel the sim card and stop making debit order on my account without my permission.I got respond advising me that the sim card has been cancelled.Today I have notice that the was a debit order of R347 that was made on my account again.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES RAIN WHAT FROM ME, AM NOT USING YOUR SIM CARD AND I HAVE NEVER STARTED USING IT, KINDLY DEPOSIT MY MONEY BACK!!! AM NOT EVEN WILLING TO START TO CONNECT ON YOUR FOOLISH NETWORK!!!
