Do not buy a Rain simcard!

I have been a Rain customer since 2020 as they use to be good in the towns, but their service deteriorated so much this year, I am seriously considering another service provider. Their reception is more off than on and there is no one that one can call and complain. Emails and web messages are just ignored, but everything month they take your money promptly. When I travel in big cities like cape town, and Durban the reception is even worst. I do not recommend them and will be looking for alternatives.
