Do not accept the Rain one offer - the simcards do not work and Rain doesn't care

My issue is still not sorted out from last year November.

Tel number *** cannot receive or make calls.

I received a little email explaining what I need to do and it still not works. I transferred the simcard to a different phone and it is still not working.

This is not an issue on MY side Rain. This issue is on YOUR side.
