Do better Rain!!

Absolutely shocking support. I've had slow speeds for 3 months now! Their support is none existent. You try their Ai support but it's got limitations, when you dial their ***. The prompts either don't recognise your phone number or your ID, eventually, when someone does answer it's a agent from a foreign country. 1 agent I made it too, was rude, didn't want to listen and eventually abruptly ended the call. The other agent I tried was a lot better but even he could assist. I'm so close to cancelling, my fingers are cramping up! I just want to get the speeds that I'm paying for.
