DO ANY HUMANS WHO CARE WORK AT 'RAIN'!!!???

The pre-sale service was amazing & the unit was installed the very next day. Since then I have tried calling, emailing, chatting to a b____dy chat bot and I literally cannot get anyone to explain the bad bandwidth - regardless of them reassuring me that the signal was strong in my area!!! Almost EVERY SINGLE DAY we have issues with connectivity! I am hoping that someone at RAIN actually cares enough to resolve this!!!!!!!
