We have cancelled our account with rain 3 times with them and still deduct money from our account. When calling them and ask when they are going to refund us they drop the call or promise us within 7 days. I don't recommend rain to anybody rather use developnet much beter and very helpful

08 Jun 2024, 14:02Good day thank you for your responce but in regards with negligence i love the way when someone who did not go through that will say that. And when we got the internet service it was not read to us which is according to law. So I am very happy that all potential customers can see how is customers been treated because this is the only way that rain can reply because when you phone them they keep you on the line for a hour with no reason or drop the call and please don't tell me that you don't have insurance for the router no business will do that. Like I said i really hope that all customers see this and change their minds and go to developnet because no human should be treated like this. The only way to get spoken to is when you give a review.
