DISTGUSTING SERVICE WHICH IS CAUSING ME TO MISS OUT ON WORK!!!!!
Tell me why i paid for the month and on time but was disconnected? i lost a day's work because i couldn't connect and who is going to pay me for that?
Called your customer care and that was a complete waste of time, your agent Josh kept thinking everything was funny and kept giggling for some reason and not to mention the supervisor Ann who just wasted my time by calling me back just to tell me she cant help and also cant speak to the department that is supposed to help me. What kind of company is this where one department cannot communicate with the other, that makes no sense! I need this resolved immediately or else its going to cost me another days work and if thats the case i will be taking it further. #***9 #***4
