Dissatisfied with Rain service.

Rain deducted on the 2nd March 2023 for february 2023 our next date to pay is on the 01st April we tried contacting them to get an email address to send the proof but to our dismay it was a wrong address. We are deeply unhappy about this. They have access to my husbands account for the debit order yet they ran the debit on the 2nd March. Then decided to switch us off as if we are at fault.
