Dissatisfied with Rain Customer Support
I have been trying to cancel RainOne 4 G service for 3 weeks now. All I ever chat to is their AI service where I am promised a retention consultant will be in contact. Everytime I receive a call from Rain it rings twice then hangs up before I could even answer. I'm worried I will be charged for services I am not utilizing. I am definitely not happy with their customer support services.
