Dissatisfied with Rain

So quick to disconnect you if funds are not available within 5 mins but yet when you complain on Support on their website you never get a call from the consultant instead of the 24 - 48 hours they talk about you never get a call. The Network has a problem every single day its **** yet we paying and do not get assisted.
