Dissatisfied Rain client!

I would like to say how very disappointed I am with my internet from Rain. I have had Rain Wi-Fi for a few months now, initially it was quite good. However over the last 2-3 months we as a family are really struggling to have consistent internet. It is slow and very unreliable. To the point that we are really considering another option. What I bought and pay for is clearly not what is being delivered. I really am very unhappy, as what we were promised and what we are getting are two very different stories. I would really like to know how this will be addressed to actually be able to provide us with proper 5G Wi-Fi. I truly am waiting for the multitude of excuses, but do not sell a product to the public under false pretenses.
