dissatisfied customer

i ordered rain wifi a couple of months back which was not really properly activated, i called ,send emails for them to either change the the router so i am able to use it,for i am not connecting at all,my emails proved abortive and my emails was not responded too, i called and they have promised to look into the issue until today they are charging me for a service i have not used, they either send me sms regarding payments but when i emailed for them to assist nothing is being done, i still have it in my house and it is not working, i am very disappointed for i was advised to get rain, i ordered this in november of 2022 , i have been calling even had family over for Christmas and new year and i was not able to assist with connection because the rain company decided to not look into my matter at all, almost a year later this company is asking me to continue paying for service i did not get. i am sad and angry that it's a year next month since i ordered their router and yet nothing has been done.there no need to call or email for they do not answer when they do they promise to look into it nothing happens . worst wifi company i had to deal with ever , considering that this was the first router for i purchase since i moved in alone.
