I had to delete my previous review to wrote another once because of your incompetence. I've honestly had it with your poor customer service and extremely poor network. I missed a very crucial submission because of your network. I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I PLEASE BE CONTACTED ASAP

I asked to be called yesterday at 11, a day later still no call from you. I am tired of dealing with the incompetence and poor service from rain. I just want to cancel my subscription than you will never hear from me again
