Dissatisfied by RAIN

Very unpleasant experience from a service provider I thought it would assist me. Placed order and they called me for delivery and they didn't pitch. I had to reschedule appointments as am waiting for them. I called in to add to worries the lady was clueless and ended up dropping the call
