Dissatisfied

I cancelled my subscription within 7 days of receiving the loop, i ordered unlimited data but it came with 10 gigs instead, they came to collect within 7 days. But I was billed R695 on the 25th snd on the app it says next payment due 25th March, of which it’s unfair, I have stated i am no longer working. They never call or pick up. It’s really unfair because it’s not a contract it’s just a subscription you cancel anytime service is bad.
