Dissatisfied

I would like to just say that rain is a complete **** and I do not recommend anyone use it. After I canceled my account due to them taking money out of my account without my say so, they still continued to bill me and have sent me numerous messages telling me that they will take money again out of my account. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot warn people enough about this rain business.
