Dissatisfaction of Rain services

I have been contacted 2023 September by Easton berry attorney indicating that my case of an outstanding amount from rain was handed over to them. I paid as requested and indicated that my account be closed since I have not been using their services since 2020 October

However I am surprised now when I get an SMS from indicating that I am owing them R1k + for March and April 2024 of which I have never used the network thus this comes as an inconvenience to myself and my personal debt standing which can have an impact in future

When i contact them I can’t reach them i have sent an email no response from them
