DISSAPOINTMENT FROM RAIN

I have been with RAIN for over a year now and had no problems. Last month I got double debited and then this month my connection gets switch off because "the systems were upgraded in the beginning of 2021 and can get payments mixed up" the lousy explanation that I got from Aphile Ngcobo. I AM SO DISSAPOINTED - whats worse is I have to wait till next month to cancel. MXM
