DISSAPOINTING SERVICE
I can never express enough how disappointing rain Wi-Fi is... two days after the debit my account we don't have signal and cant use the Wi-Fi at all - when you get into their website and request a call no one ever calls - the only time they are quick to call or respond is when you want to join Rain- really I regret ever option for their WI-FI PACKAGE

13 Mar 2025, 14:56good day have done everything as per se that you advised me to do but to this day I am still struggling to connect, my kids are unable to do their homework- the connection would come back for like half a day and go again, we spent 2 day full on connection and then on 3rd day we will get some connection but not even whole day- shame this is very disappointing I can say especially if a person will pay around R630 and not enjoy the service that is supposed to be rendered
