Dissapointed in customer refund services

Very dissapointed in the way they handle refunds because you have to cancel as they do not have data/internet coverage in an area. Everytime you query it the whole process begins again. Reference nr upon reference nr. 16days and still no progress. Very disgusted in Rain, will never use them again or recommend their services to anybody.
