Dissapointed custermer

Hi my husband had an account with rain but i was the account holder. Wich mean i only pay for the account. But what happend is... Our router got stollen with sim card. And we stop paying the first month. Rain didn't put the sim off on there side. And the account got behinde 2month. I desided to open my own account with a new sim and buy the pacage that i want on the rain app, after that they ask me to rica the sim and i coudn't rica the sim on my fone. I send them several email for help they keep on giving advise but it didn't work. The lady told me to open my onw account and then they will tranfer the money i pay to my account....but the sim card keep on saying that the sim card is Allocated, and i dont know what it means. I send them another email ask if they can help me cause i dont know what it means. They was so useless couldn't help me at all. After that i ask if they can reverse my money back into my account, the lady say that they cant reverse any money back because they took that money and deduct it from my husband's account. My question is. How can they take my money for my husband's account, while i was busy buying a wifi package from them for me and my kids for doing there school work online....i need too know what to do...please help me.
