Dissapointed by rain

Am disappointed because what they doing is simply robbing me i had rain router and the first time I signed up they said it is not a contract to my surprise when month ends comes they decide to debit my account now I really don't need their services anymore but rain keeps on debiting my account for what i do not know where else what was told to me via a recorded line was line taking up a router is not a contract come month end if you don't pay i dont get to use the services which i understood i have not been using the rain router for a year now but I see they are attempting multiple times to debit my account am not happy with rain and they must just come and collect their router and remove their installation because they are basically robbing me day light if this matter is not sorted out am taking it up with the legal people and contacting consumer ombudsman because I cannot understand why the attempt to debiting while this is not a contract we never entered into an agreement at the first place
