Dissapointed at the service i got from RAIN
My device was delivered on the 12 of December and it has never worked, called their support team atleast +- 25 times till today and still no help. I'm very disappointed with the service i got from their call center agents, it's like you are just a number that they want to tick and move to the next one.
There was this one lady called Zanele who tried but still nothing. Today i have put through a call to cancel this as i'm tired of begging people for a service that i will be paying for.

Your technician by the name of prince came by and he was polite and wonderful. She got the problen fixed within 5 minutes. All along the problem was the ZTE tower, as soon as he changed it to a Huawei.
