Dissapointed

I need to do a sin swap and noo e seems to be able to assist, ur website clearly state that i can do a sim swap if my sim is lost or ******. Now Lorenzo Kock tells me i need to buy a new sim. I paid my monthly subscription on the 1st of this month. Are u going to refund ne for the remaining months.

Poor service from a reputable company with stuff that doesnt even know whats written on you guys policy and website.
