Dissapointed

I received a call from rain that 2 simcards will be delivered to me. The ccd courier called me that they received my package then we made delivery arrangement. The day of delivery I received watsap message that the driver will arrive in 3 minutes. No one came. Yesterday I received a watsap message which advertises the same offer I took. I wonder why am I tolerating rain their network is poor
