Disrespectful Customer Service
Customer Service Paulshof totally disrespectful! Returned my device and when explaining the issues I had, they (all 3 staff behind counter) ignored me. Not an "i'm sorry for this"....nothing! Their whole attitude was that they could not care less about my concerns. This is NOT good Customer Service. After the problems I've had with the service and the lack of empathy from the staff, will never recommend them.
