Dispicable second time lack of Internet Service & Non Cancelled Debit Order

ALL RAIN CONTACT POINTS CANCELLED!!! NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND WEBSITE COMMS: VIS N VIS REFUND & DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATION: This agreement/service was cancelled as of 31/10/2020. However, an amount was still debited off of the account for R479 for at this date and now again for November even though the account on the website page shows a Zero (0) Debit; In fact there is still a credit due on the previous contract when a Debit order went through AFTER cancellation. AND: Urgently process a refund of the entire account as, in spite of multiple interventions/communications with Rain/Support/Thembe/Faieza the School was NEVER able to use the service effectively; Internet was always pitiful and not usable for anything as per specification/school requirement;Youtube downloads/uploads etc.
