dismal failure

If only one could gave a negative rating, I would be giving Rain a -5 stars. I have never received such bad customer service like I did today. I bought a 4G simcard using Mr D, on the sim card it states activate using the website however on the website I reach a brick wall. I then called customer service to assist with the activation I was sent from pillar to post, from one consultant to another being on the phone of 2hours with no assistance. Just to activate a simcard has defended 6 consultant's. I appreciate your poor service, a part of me is glad that I didn't activate the sim cause could have anything in the future they were going to fail dismally.
