Dishonesty with terrible service and product.

Ordered the Rain 5g sim. I was told that they would be giving me a free modem with it. No one told me the SIM is permanently mounted in the modem. The point was to use it on my phone. And I can't because the SIM can't be removed. Called to complain and Rain called me back. I then complained about the SIM and was told there was nothing they could do. This product is not what I wanted so I demand an immediate cancellation and refund. The operator transferred me to the Retention department. After a long story I successfully cancelled the new SIM, but was told that in with their terms and conditions, which I've never seen or agreed to or been told about, that I can only get my money back after 3 to 5 days when they collect the modem. I did not agree to this as Rain was very quick to take my money in the first place. I repeatedly requested to speak to the manager. This was also refused by the operator. So not only am I stuck with something I don't want, Rain makes me feel completely powerless when I have an issue with them.
