Dishonesty

Rain was very quick to deduct from my account R250 for a service I never received. I cancelled their service, which their co travt said I'll be refunded if I cancel in within 30 days. It's been 5 days and nothing. I was told someone will call me in 25 hours, I'm on 114 hours
