DISHONEST TO CLIENTS

Rain telecommunication deducted my money from my account. After several times reporting to rain that, i am no longer using their internet network. And i even said i want them to refund me. MY EMAILS TO THEM ARE BLOCKED. MY PHONE IS NOT BEING ANSWERED. What type of company is this? Help me i am desperate due to this company. They did not register my account number instead they used my card number so that i could not reverse my money from the bank.
