Dishonest Service Provider

I have an account with Rain that I had unending problems with, sometimes going for days without connectivity. I eventually decided to cancel at the beginning of July and after trying very hard to convince me to stay, promising me they'll resolve problems they failed to resolve for a year, they confirmed that the account will be cancelled yesterday, 24th July 2025, after my billing cycle as I already paid. As I suspected they didn't cancel and tried to debit my account this morning, leading to bank penalties as I did not make provision for that.
