Dishonest sales from rain

I ordered my SIM card and the sale was handled by a nice gentleman named Jonathan and he was so very helpful and called me after each request as l had issues with processing my payment. This happened for 2 days but he did lot give up and managed to still stay polite even after l kept telling him to call after 30 minutes

l then contacted the call centre and asked the lady who answered to request a call from him as l did not want all his efforts to go to waste.

This ************ person named Sindisiwe and they refused to give me the surname went and processed the sale under her name and proceeded to load the wrong address.

I called this morning after l received an sms and told them to rectify it but no one did anything

Now they’d have pushed back delivery and l already cancelled with my service provider as l knew delivery would be before the weekend.

I called the call centre and no on seems willing to assist

This is the worst service l have ever received and l find the dishonesty disgusting and am beyond any try because l will have to spend an additional amount in order to get data due to what someone did without confirming with me just because they wanted to make a sale

Just goes to show that we are all host a number.
