Dishonest Company! Do not deal with rain...ever!

I installed MWEB fiber to the house, which was activated the 9th May. I cancelled my rain SIM the 9 May - BUT I WAS CHARGED THE FULL R479 for month of May! Not pro-rata! Dishonest company! DO NOT DEAL WITH rain.... EVER! Spend the extra R20 and get fiber! Faster, more reliable and video IS NOT STREAMED AT JUST 360p! Flipping useless company....... "Goedkoop is duurkoop!" - remember this!
