Dishonest and Lazy

Where do i start. Firstly they promised excellent signal in my area. After signing up and receiving their router, it did not work. After numerous complaints they eventually sent 2 guys out who took the router back and replaced it with an external router. I dont even get signal in my main bedroom, a small 2 bedroom house with a ugly looking box stuck to a pole outside my house. Now that I finally got fiber in my area, i went and followed their instructions by cancelling on the app. promised someone would get back to me with 24hours to arrange collection of their equipment. Cancelled on app and received email confirmation on 12th Dec. On 14th Dec someone from Rain by the name of Paballo Sefume emails me asking if i have been assisted yet. i rep**** same day asking for help, stating to cancel and collect their equipment. no response thereafter. I submitted another ticket on the Rain App on the 2oth Dec. still no one responds. I guess they just dont care and are on festive holiday and planning to bill me?
