Dishonest about they product

On the 22/09/25 I received a call from one of your agent and the promo that they were running was a loop for R479 month to month comes with 25 gig and one location unlimited and all of this was going to cost R1.00 for the month of October

The loop was delivered on the 30/09/2025 and then on the 02/10/25 I start getting messages that now I owe R495...how so I haven't received the product that was sold to me then just after 1 day I must pay without get my free promo that was advertised to me...

And then on the 9/10/2025 I get other call from one of your agent telling that the plan that I have chosen R479 it only comes with 10 gig no unlimited but they will assist me getting that promo that was sold to me I AM STILL WAITING AND TODAY ITS THE 15/10/2025

PLEASE TRAINING YOUR AGENTS TO BE HONEST IN ALL THEY SALES.
