Dishonest

Rain doesn't tell you when apply for their packages that they will bill for the highest package possible without your consent... For my 1st month they debited R2538, 2nd month R934 and 3rd month R934. They can never return my calls to sort out my complaint... I've requested the recordings of when I app**** for their package but yet no one has gotten back to or tried to explain what has happened. They just keep taking my money. Worst excuse for a network service. The don't care for their clients as long as they can take their money.
