Dishonest

I made an arrangement to pay half of the account this month and paid it and agreed to pay the rest month end. How nice, rain has dishonored the agreement 2 days later and diactivated my Account. Now I can't do my assignments on time. To be honest, when I was told to quit rain and move to Fibre, I thought the people were crazy... Now I have more reason to move.
