Disgustingly poor customer service

I have never experienced such ******* customer service. I have not had internet at all for the past week and I need the internet for working from home during this lockdown. I log a call with rain customer support..i get no response. I send a follow up i get a reply asking me questions which i immediately responded to. I sent 2 follow ups since then and I still get no response.. I have no idea why I have no internet.. I cant get answers from support.. They dont respond and when they fo its of no help. Its as though after they sign yoh up they leave you in the dark. Utterly disgusted with this service. Planning on cancelling only just a month after signing up..
