Disgustingly Horrible service. Sim hasn't been delivered in a month

I ordered a 5g sim on the 21st of April.. almost a month ago. And it hasn't arrived yet. No one has communicated with me as to why and when I email and contact them they tell me how they'll get back to me and never do.. they say they call me without an answer yet I've never received a single call from those people..no one ever answers the phone, they might as well not have a call center. These people debited my account the same day now I haven't received anything from them..

Disgusting service to say the least. I will not be doing business with rain going forward and would really appreciate it if I can just get my money back
