Disgusting Wifi service provider, just take your money and give pathetic service ALL ROUND!

For the past week there has been no connectivity in the area, when we call the call center the disgusting excuse of "there is a outage in the area" is given. What is the point of having Rain as a service provider if there is hardly ever connectivity, this is not the first time there has been issues with Rain connection in our area. Yet the map coverage indicates we have coverage, but trust and believe come billing time, Rain will take their FULL MONIES off my account for a service I barely use, I have to use my CELL C phone as a hotspot because Rain is utterly useless. If its not incorrect billing one month, its no connection the next!!

I wonder if Rain will employ me when I lose my job because I cannot work from home as per my contract with my employer...
