Disgusting treatment by Rain SA network providers

I've had the most horrible experience with the network provider Rain SA and would never advice anyone to sign up with these people for wi fi or any network usage. 4 months ago my router got hit with lightning and reported it for 4 months. Every single time I threatened to stop paying until the router was replaced they'd actually call and say they replacing it. Never ever happened. The tech, some guy named kieran would actually call and say his coming but never ever came. Mind you they were deducting every month the full amount. Now when I declined payment. They come banging on my door at 7am in the morning demanding this router. Rain SA you have the most pathetic customer service and you aren't going to succeed with this type of attitude. I'm truly disgusted in the manner in which this situation was handled. And every single person has told me of how they cancelled and the bad treatment they got from these people. I don't wish you'll well and would never advise anyone to sign up with them.
