Disgusting Services - Rain Internet Services

I had emailed Rain support 15 emails regarding no services in a residential area in Vereeniging called Roshnee. I mentioned to them that I have no network coverage as its attained from Vodacom and asked them to please respond or send out a technician. I have been getting 3 emails from support and they saying to me stupid things like switch on and switch off my modem. I am telling them the modem is perfect and I had brought it to my work JHB central and it has full coverage but just not in my area. I am waiting 2 weeks now and no responds , like the light are on and no one is home, How disgusting is this services and I have paid already for October 2020.
