Disgusting Services

Absolutely Ridiculous. I have requested for my rain services to be canceled in December 2021, due to the lack of internet quality and bad service. To date they have still not canceled my services and have billed me each month since then.

They have now ****** R3000 from my account due to their lack of service and honoring their word of canceling my account. I have spoken to numerous consultants to resolve the problem and every time, I get told they willnsort it out. The consultants confirm they see my cancelation request and that I haven't used the services for over 3 months, yet they stll charge me, and dont cancel the subscription.

Currently all they are now doing is *****ing my money. This is absolutely disgusting. I need someone to please help me resolve this and get my money back.
