DISGUSTING SERVICES
Disgusting services I can't wait for fibre to be put in my area I will drop this useless SP so so SOOOO quickly. Zero customer services Log a query and wait months for any response It's actually worse than Telkom

10 May 2023, 10:14The service keeps dropping one min I have internet access the next I don't and have to constantly reconnect manually to my router
No matter where I put the router to optimise the signal it doesn't work
Whenever I try and stream anything the buffer is like the only thing more YOUR SERVICE
I asked last year why the option to connect to a 5g network shows on my router but is never available for me to connect and till today there is no response at all
I pay for 5g and yet never get to use what I pay for
So what is the use ?
