Disgusting services

Okay this is getting out of hand now . I have logged several tickets with rain to cancel my account . I haven’t received any feedback , nor any communication via rain as yet on when they are coming to fetch there stuff .

This is outrageous and I promise you if you guys bill me one more time I will be taking legal matter because I have done everything from my part to cancel my contract with you guys . As I’m on a month to month . I am so disgusted with your service
