Disgusting service with totally *********** call centre agents

I am totally disgusted with Rain and its poor service. I have 6 devices with them and paying over R3000 a month. One of the devices is completely dead I have been calling the call centre for more that 3 weeks trying to get a new device. All I keep getting is that my matter has been escalated. It is now going on to the 3rd month without internet but my money has been deducted. I am totally disgusted.
